It is called "Webucation", and it seems to have been mastered by the online education program establishes by the University of Phoenix.
It also seems to be the next billion dollar wave of the future. People in all walks of life are honing their skils by returning back to education; however, they also seem to prefer it online, which allows them to complete their desired courses at their own pace and at times that best suit their schedules.
So, consider the following 3 questions:
1. If congress established an accredited NVC freely accessible to all verifiable U.S. citizens online via the Internet for a minimal fee lilke a hundred dollars, would you consider attending such an institution?
2. Would you be in favor of congress setting aside a one billion dollar trust fund to permanently establish and allow for the operation of an accredited NVC?
3. Would you be in favor of the president creating a separate Cabinet seat that would oversee the implementation and operation of an accredited NVC separate from the current Department of Health Education and Welfare?
